  4. Honestly, seatbelts should either have any visual indication for the player in question, because it's insanely hard to tell whether my character is wearing a seatbelt or not. This would just mean that cops are going to use this for racial profiling or picking on people.
  5. This is something that's often done on communities, however it's usually abandoned on the long run, so only time will tell. However, the server looks good so far, I have faith that we will soon thrive once GTMP stabilizes or RageMP becomes the preferred client.
  6. Armored vehicles are generally speaking super expensive, but I feel like it should be available through management.
  7. I just transfer the logs into a photoshop template. I'll probably upload the PS style, I made for this some time soon.
  8. Nah you're right, while a leech in the system isn't very beneficial to the economy, it's a necessary evil in my opinion. Mortgages offer the opportunity for clients to purchase a business and short-term loans allow for clients to purchase equipment they need. Our interest rates aren't through the roof unless you try to get more with less, at this point in time, we're asking a flat starting rate of 3% for any loan below $250,000, which would increase depending on the income, net worth and debt of the client. Only those who want more for less are struck by high rates.
  9. You bring up a valid point about it being too much of a burden upon the players, though we're one step ahead, players are not getting any tax burdens because the property be it a vehicle or real estate, is held in "escrow" until the full debt is paid. This means that the player is not having to cope with the financial burden whilst they pay off their mortgage, and this also means that there is no risk of a player NCing and getting away with the money. The maximum amount of money to be lend is directly tied to three things: Current assets. Current debts. Avg. income. The higher the worth of the assets is and higher the avg. income is at the time of the loan, the more money becomes available. And the same goes for the current debt, the higher the debt the less money is available to you. As for the lack of employment opportunities, that is something we're currently trying to combat by allowing people to be employed by Maze. We've got to start somewhere and we're trying to enable others, to create businesses and roleplay through our mortgages, therefore allowing us to indirectly contribute to the amount of jobs available right now.

  14. This is something to be implemented for the time being, until more specialized stores are implemented. Wrenches and hammers are also sold in the 24/7 while it's highly unlikely that they're sold in such a store irl.
  15. More like Jep Appelo v0.5, he's not remotely as fat.
