What's the point of naming your faction a 'cartel' from day 1, when you're still developing towards that phase?

Abolish the current vehicle system and split the dealerships up in 3 types: Brand based dealerships (New vehicles, factory new conditions, tied by their brands like Albany, Benefactor etc.) Second hand dealerships (Older vehicles, worse conditions, usually the less shiny ones like Tornado, Regina, Virgo etc.) Specialist dealerships (Specialised vehicles (industrial, transportation, utility) like Mixer, Flatbed, Trashmaster etc.)

I fail to see the purpose of a gang with official... What's the point of having an organized crime group when you're being forced to buy your contraband off of a gang?

I fail to see how an RPG element alike would promote any decent RP as portrayed. A job will never ever be "exclusive" when the only restriction is a license, which has just one requirement CAPITAL. Any individual, who has already generated the cash through afk-mining, can obtain said license through the RPG-esque 'driving test' without any effort whatsoever.

I fail to see how such a pain in the ass can be viewed as fun. "Oh man I just got my truck license, yes yes yes!!!111!". Waste of development resources if you ask me.
