Something I'd like to see is multidimensional inventories, a la DayZ Standalone. Bags, small pouches and actual pockets would be amazing.

ID cards, drivers licenses and passports are easily forged, it's realistic to say that this is something that benefits the server. It's pointless to forge certificates and PF / CCW licenses because they're always cross-referenced against a database (and the same goes for the serials on weapons). Cheques aren't feasible for a forger, because they're rarely used these days and they're always cross-referenced against a database. Counterfeiting money is a big no-no, this will bring nothing good to the server apart from economic instability. Prescriptions for off-the-shelf medicine can be forged, but it's uncommon.

Supporting this, this is something that's very common. Plates are often stolen from common vehicles which will later be used in the commission of a crime.

I am very happy that the entire luck based system was left behind on GTASA, please do not introduce it here, /attempt adds nothing but total atrocity to the server.

I can completely wrap my head around Torque's stance, people are less likely to do something when you're required to sign up for it.

Pedro “Perico” Lozano Nunez Pedro Lozano grew up in the Vespucci Beach district of Los Santos, which was a predominantly Mexican-American neighborhood in the 70s and 80s. Vespucci Beach was later partially renovated to serve as a Pacific Ocean beachfront, which generated a lot of profits for the city and it's entrepreneurs. Pedro’s parents settled in a housing project in 1976, three year prior to Pedro’s birth. During Pedro's childhood, the Vespucci Beach district struggled with a large influence of gang activity due to an extremely high number of single-parent households. This is when the gang infestation began, teenagers made it out onto the streets every day, while their parents were out working to support their families. Pedro suffered from the same faith, both his parents were employed in a La Mesa factory. At the age of 15, Pedro engaged in gang activities under the most dominant street gang in the district, White Fence 13. While Pedro initially stuck around the group for camaraderie, the gang later led to his demise. On a cold and dark November night, Pedro partook in a drive-by shooting of a White Fence defector. While Pedro only operated the vehicle from which the shots rang, it quickly became evident that the DA's office wouldn't go easy on him. Lozano, who was the youngest of the 4 occupants, was charged with 30 years in Bolingbroke Penitentiary, while the other passengers were charged with only 10 years. After numerous appeals, Pedro settled with the loss. Once on the inside, Pedro got in touch with the Mexican Mafia through his Sureño cellmate named "Memo" Munoz. This cellmate later put Pedro in touch with elder White Fence 13 members, who in turn put him in touch with elder Mexican Mafia members, housed in the Secured Housing Unit, or SHU for short. Pedro eventually made his way up to become a tier representative of the 2nd tier of cell block C.

Most of the roleplay is centered around night time, think of nightclubs and bars, slanging dope and hunting criminals. Therefore it is a solid choice to keep the current situation as is.
