  1. If someone's kicked/banned from the discord for blocking staff what would that achieve? The staff still can't contact that person for whatever reason through discord. It's just punishment for the sake of punishment. Players should be able to block whomever they want.
  2. PD members already have main forum's account, that's a given. Non-PD users don't have a PD forum account. Everything that can be done on the PD forums can be done on the main forum: moderation, etc. it's more convenient for everyone if the main forum is the only mandatory forum account. Why force people to sign up on PD forums if everything can be done on the main forums?
  3. It's counter-intuitive to have licensing applications on another forum where people have to sign up another forum account that they won't ever use other than applying for these licenses. Gun licenses (and mining licenses) applications should be done on the main forum
  4. If we're trying it out I think the standard for "[...] clear proof that at the time of committing the act they knew its wrongfulness" needs to be reasonably set so that the prosecutors, considering the limitations of the game/script (which I don't know yet) won't have an unwinnable case just one the factor of age because if that were the case I can see this being abused fast and I don't think the server benefits in any way if some players commit "low-effort" crimes thinking they're safe from punishment just because they roleplay a character younger than 14. I guess it doesn't hurt to see how players roleplay around the law though and as long as possible abuse gets shut down fast along with a reasonably set standard for refuting innocence by age I think it can work.
  5. I haven't read through the entire codes but some things that came to mind while reading some of it: Would this not open the door to people roleplaying under-14 characters to avoid punishment? Doesn't it also contradict the OOC rule (I think there's an OOC rule somewhere) about roleplaying age and crimes? I think it'd be beneficial to at least clarify that the OOC rule takes precedent in these cases. Wouldn't this deter people from roleplaying with the court? I think it's already a great document that covers a lot of things even from the start. Great job!

If possible allow people to choose whether to use the visual editor or bbcodes. It's easier for me to just copy and paste text as formatted from Google Docs/Ms. Word instead of manually adding bbcodes to the text
  9. What are the chances people will be allowed to request a review/challenge an arrest by the police, at the court?
