SAPR should change to SAHP. Here are some reasons why.

The thing is, it's hard to break that cycle when those that try to break it are cast out of the faction or forcefully removed, and the others that wish to break it are scared to speak out in fear of punishment.  Despite being told countless times "If you speak out, you wont be punished" it still happens. That excuse is just a way to weed out the wolves from the herd of sheeple.

Here's another valid point. I doubt SAPR will return to its glorious days after all of the restrictions and experienced members leaving. SAPR went past the point of no return years ago and there's no coming back, unfortunately. We should start from scratch.

I'll lock this as it's been 20 pages already.

 

We already have two LEO agencies, we don't need a third right now. Two is enough problems & day to day handling for our current team. I have no problems giving more tools & features to active factions in the county to help give more roleplay over there, and there are big things coming for it. But a new LEO agency isn't a solution.

 

There has never been any SAHP planned, we've all always been clear about this, and plans haven't changed and are not planned to change.
