Making XMR radio hearable out of vehicles

Big +1, there's a few 3D Sound API's out there for devs to use.

Surely they could lower the volume of a boom box and place it onto a vehicle, it could also be implemented by adding a new sound system mod in the garages for even louder music for vehicles.

XM radio currently plays even with engine off.
If there's multiple vehicles together which sound will be played?
How loud will it be? What radius from the sound will be played?
If you walk down the sidewalk past multiple cars will it be a constant musical trip.

What would happen if someone drove past at speed but very close to you? Would you get just 1 second of music.
People IRL don't typically all blast music out of their car very loud, so it would have to be very quiet

IDK, this isn't a popular opinion but i'm still minus one on this idea. It's nice in theory.. but goofy in practice.

We still don't have audible and synced phone ring tones and SMS beeps, get that sorted first.
