Refunding the agreed upon loan + interest if someone scams the loaner

So, how do you guys think problems, such as the borrowers making a lot more profit from the loan, while basically not being punished at all AND making the loaner lose his profits, should be fixed?

Honestly, if this becomes a thing everyone and their nans will be giving out loans to guarantee profit, and none of the lenders will be in it for the roleplay.   The current system ensures people are returned to the position they were in before, and this is more than fair.

Amazes me how desperate people are to make money in gtaw these days. As long as you get the loaned amount refunded, you don't need any more. These cases are in minority anyway.

Here's the thing tho, if the borrower KNOWS the money will be taken from his account regardless, then he'll make sure to pay the loan. And also, getting loans for the sole reason to scam people out of it will cease to exist, since people will know that the money will be lost regardless.

I literally made 0 profit from every single loan I gave out, because every single player decided to namechange/go inactive/asset transfer. That's 1 month and a half of waiting for literally nothing.

Well, leading up to the pay-back date was fun, creating contracts, hiring lawyers and loan collectors.

 

OOCly receiving the money back twice wasn't as much fun, to be honest.

Sounds like a big waste of admin time, just to fix the mess of people trying to get rich quick in casinos etc.  But onto the original suggestion, I think just money back is fine.
