"Cayo Perico" in GTA:W?

So for those who haven't been paying attention, Rockstar recently announced a map expansion for GTAV. How do you guys expect or want this area implemented into GTA:W? This discussion should mainly focus the island and its affect on roleplay on the server, rather than just a discussion about the announcement. From what few images are shown, it seems to be based on Cuba, possibly. Is this new area to be off-limits until the server reaches a sizeable population? Is it to be roleplayed as a new state? Will the GTA:W map never be updated to include this new map? Etc etc. Personally, if this area is to be treated at Cuba, I would love lots of high-level illegal roleplay to come out of here, or even a way for suppliers have a physical location. Drop your ideas 😤

I don't see it being used in the context of the server in the near future, if at all. It doesn't make sense for us to use the island. It's an interesting bit, but not particularly useful in GTA:W.
