As long standing owner of one of the listed pawn shops above, its lucrative and realistic in my opinion for there to be a pawn shop in each portion of the city (Vinewood, Morningwood, Davis ect). Even with the high amounts of shops, we still manage. After all, all the shops source and hold different inventory. No two shops are the same besides the metallurgist items. To me? While the competition could be a drag, it keeps things interesting. I'll have customers come in complaining about the next guys and some customers leaving going to complain to the next guy about us! Haha.
What we really should be asking why there are clubs in locations that clubs shouldn't be lol.
