I love blabbing on the internet though, but you're on point, as mentioned before these things are client side so if you think they gonna flip your shit when you come near just get the mod yourself and it's done dealt with.

Another note, all the people claiming it's "way" to littered and should be cleaner, I wonder where you from? Where I live trash is properly dealt with and is not all present in the same way as those sweet BMW videos @El Ghetto Man linked, however, having visited countries outside their tourist traps you get a good picture that many countries is struggling with trash and litter.

Although it might be a nice little addition, I feel like it could create more problems than solutions, one being it could bug out etc, the server has enough sync issues atm and I don't think it would be best suited at this time.
