I'm not exactly sure how I feel about the 'free vehicle' suggestion. Although, I'd agree if it we used 'leasing' as a form of 'test drive', they'd choose how long they'd want to lease the vehicle. In addition, if you want players to be able to own the Dealerships, it's only right to also to add Dealerships to the Haul Shipment, vehicles would be finite and new vehicles would have to be delivered by truck drivers.

What happens when they don't follow that route, do we make the vehicle magically vanish or let it report to PD/SD and assume that the business has some sort of tracking device installed on all their test drive vehicles?

Although, they could always purchase a business and use that to generate their wealth to fund their Journalism Business. I'm pretty sure DJ's can make money on here too with the amount of clubs on here, same thing with musicians, they could all negotiate their salaries with business owners, there's already a Basic Universal Income System. It would make more sense if they had a Telephone Booth. Although, if they want cell phones, they need to smuggle it in somehow. I'm not sure if the current script allows it. But, allow them to smuggle in phones and officers can confiscate and both sides should be happy.

I don't get it, I don't think this is necessary. If their profession is essential, the client could simply /pay and they determine their own salary. I think the current newcomer bonus system is fine. I just feel like it should be decreased to $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 with a 20/h weekly limit ($5,000.00), there's some decent homes that cost $100,000.00. How could someone who relocated to Los Santos already afford multiple properties. At least, $100,000.00 will start them off at an apartment and decent cheap vehicle and they work their way up.
