Timzii
As long as the K menu is still available and not removed completely, yes. Link to comment
DLimit
If this is possible? I support this. Link to comment
Naryu
It's a pretty cool idea, not sure if it's a priority though, but maybe it'll come in a big update eventually. Link to comment

It would be the same, just initialize a /target [ID], and work from there. /target Adv 'Chase' *The dog goes to bite Adv* This. This is great. +1 I love this idea, it'd be nice to be able to command your dog by actually talking and not having to press K, press the animation and then talk icly. Link to comment

Amellis
Cool suggestion, although I feel like something like /to should be added with this to not trigger the dog's reactions accidentally. At least police dogs are smart enough to (in most scenarios) know when a command is being directed at them and not the handler talking to someone else. For example, a command to choose your target /k9targ John Doe Then this command to... command the dog /topet Chase! Since the dog's name can be inputted in the pet manager and is already used for pet emotes... it could show something like: John Smith says (to K9-Rufus): Chase! *K9-Rufus starts running towards John Doe's direction. 2 Link to comment
