Stutters over time are usually linked to memory leaks, or overheating. You can use HW Monitor to check your computer's temperatures, and more specifically, your graphics card temperatures.

Shadow rendering and frame scaling mode are two settings that are known to cause stutters and frame drops on even some of the most powerful graphics cards with GTA 5 and Rage. Check in your in-game settings and also your NVIDIA control panel to ensure you've got it configured correctly. Also make sure your card is not overheating in these certain areas of the map where there's less opportunity for occlusion culling to occur. You could use a free software like HW Monitor to monitor your computer's temperatures while playing, just in case the other options didn't work for you.

I'm of the belief that if it's not broken, we probably don't need to tweak it or fix it. People have the opportunity to /vpark their cars, if they so desperately want to.. While I understand your perspective , I think this suggestion does more harm than good, unfortunately!

Detailed Description Clear dumpsters of their inventory after some time. (Maybe connect this to the garbage job, somehow?) Most dumpsters around popular locations are full of stuff that has been placed there from when the feature showcase was first introduced. I think it would be cool if the dumpsters were emptied (as they would realistically be) after some time. This could potentially be connected to the garbage job, or simply have dumpsters randomly empty themselves after long periods of time. Relevant Commands/Items N/A How will it benefit the server? More items could enter and exit dumpsters, and it's more realistic. The dumpster feature showcase is cool, but it seems that most of the dumpsters placed around the server are full of items that have been around for ages.

Maybe make it to where you can only despawn it if the gun is stored in a lockbox.

Life in prison and the death penalty, in our little universe here on GTA World , is effectively the same thing. That character is being removed from the public open world permanently, and there's a whole another world in prison, but someone with life in prison will never become part of the streets of GTA World again. The only difference is that the character will be allowed to take part in prison RP, forever, basically instead of not being able to do anything at all. I think life in prison should be the maximum punishment, and let CKs stay as they are.
