Keep on reporting and we get the bad apples out of the server and some of them will surely learn from their mistakes. Also report on you is not a personal attack, no need to get salty over it. Rule break is rule break and if someone is unsure has there been rule break by the other player. Reporting is the best way to find out. Maybe people should read the Player Reports forum less, if it creates so much anxiety in some players.

Well that hardly matters if the masked person has disabled the /b? Unless the thing that could been handled in /b needs to be done in report afterwards. Then it becomes everyones problem. Just last night was perfect example. My character got robbed, but robber didn't use /rob in the start. So I told him in /b to use it since its ooc rule thing and we finished up the RP. But what if the masked person had /b turned off? I can't PM a masked person and can't mention it in /do since its ooc. I would had to make report after the RP, that ends up getting admins involved. Then we sit with the admin discussing what went wrong. Or worse yet, if no response, I have to be making forum report, but all this was avoided in few seconds of that scary /b. These kind of cases are rare, but server has a lot of people to multiply the chances of those cases happening. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How do you PM masked person if no /b?

With the amount of car thefts... My support turns to huge NO if the ticket goes straight to car owner. Imagine fighting multiple court cases against fines per week, just because your car happens to be on the most wanted list for parts.

Long as business RP is behind paywall of real money, its a no from me. Also if people pay real money, just to get to run business, of course they wan't ingame monetary gain for their investment, clubs and bars are best way to do that.

If we RPed characters emotions properly, one night in town would be like coming home from Vietnam with serious case of PTSD. Weekly shootings and corpse findings kinda put hamper on potraying of real emotions. RPing being upset is only fun for so long.
