The UCP hold request works as follows. Select one character or ALL characters, regardless if they have properties or not. There's a developer oversight regarding REQUESTING PROPERTIES. You are not able to request properties back unless ALL, and I mean ALL characters on your UCP (Jail and LC Chars) have 3 hours. Some characters (in my case 2) may have no properties so the vacation hold may not mean anything. What I am suggesting is that the UCP system should check which characters currently have properties and apply it to those characters only.

It happens at multiple. I think some pawnshops stopped selling under the counter simply because they can sell it without using the business as a front. Essentially being sold on the streets instead.

A big reason to a shortage is the fact that factions essentially have a monopoly on these items via carjacking. The script and rule's basically prevents most players from earning any sort of metal parts outside a faction. This is a fairly common gameplay loop. Jack cars, convert car parts into metal parts, convert them into weapons/lockpicks, mark them up in pawnshops. I hope this will be fixed soon. p.s carjacking got buffed but it's not enough for non faction players

This rule would prevent pawn shop owners from selling under the table, thereby circumventing the script. This prevents artificial pricing made by hording items via buying them up en mass from other pawn shops. There's no RP involved and is purely driven by an OOC play 2 win mentality.

Hard No. -1. Dex Batista buys up all the pawn shop items and marks them up for 30k+ Edit: You know what, I just checked OP's account. They run the West Vinewood Pawn with them. I don't think it's a surprise that they want the limit removed. IC, they say that it's 2020 prices but, they're the ones who artificially inflate them. It's really a hoarder mentality.
