I'm pretty sure this is how the RICO would work anyway. Some members would 100 percent fall through the cracks and be allowed to try and reorganize the faction. I don't think it was ever considered to completely remove the concept from the server and if it was? Then I fully agree with you. I'd also like to point that anybody that roleplays efficiently would fully understand their faction being closed, or atleast partially destroyed by a RICO act. IC is IC and do not feel bad about taking down a faction. If there's complaints because they want to keep hold of their precious official faction; they weren't exactly top notch roleplayers either way.

Rage is so fragile don't expect any of these to 100 percent work, but this is what I've used to fix it before: - Open two Rage clients, use only one to enter the server as normal. No idea why this worked but it did. - Pause and resume the process upon loading in. Same as above. - Remove ENB's and/or texture mods if you have them. They're easy to reinstall if they were not the problem. - All else fails, reinstall Rage. If that fails, reinstall GTA:V. It's up to you if you want to go as far as reinstalling your OS, I personally don't think it's necessary. Also if you use MSI AfterBurner to monitor your PC, close anything associated with it. This was the main fix for me but again I don't have the knowledge to understand why this was interfering.

Seen it done before and it's impossible to moderate. Every single player more-or-less can access it, which well true irl, most people do not. Even then it's for the best imo, since it cuts half of the IC interaction involved to find a supplier/buyer in-game.

Detailed Description This is going off of the assumption that these custom vehicle mods are messing the game up for players. Countless people have told me that the texture loss and various issues with Rage and the server stem from the adding of custom vehicles and various other files. My suggestion? Remove some, and at the very least, stop adding more. I would rather play with vanilla vehicles and textures that load in that I can see than put up with the server in its state now. Its affects are now making peoples games hit unplayable states way too often. Myself and other players are driving through crime scenes, running people down on the street that are roleplaying and shooting cars around the map rocket speed that have not even rendered in for us. This is past the point of "putting up with", for most its down right unplayable to drive around anywhere at all. I don't have the best PC and it's something I've shrugged it off as I need to upgrade but the truth is, I shouldn't have too. If I did? Well then people with computers up to 5x better than mine are still experiencing this to a frustrating level. I get that the police department need a new pursuit vehicle or that an MC might want a new bike added but it's clear we're pushing what we have at our disposable way beyond its breaking point. Add them back when Rage and the server can handle it. There's enough in the base game for us to survive for now. Relevant Commands/Items N/A How will it benefit the server? The server will become playable again.

Players get a rentable vehicle when starting out which really takes out of taxi utilization. The prime time to use the taxi system should be when you don't have a vehicle and that just doesn't happen. Also it goes both ways imo, there's been times I've tried to call a cab with 20+ drivers on with no response.

I think some of you are missing the point the shut-downs will have on the server. Not every faction to exist will eventually be shut down. It's to enforce realistic standards. This known criminal organization has killed 300 on-duty police officers in the last year? Should probably look into that closing down. Actions have consequences, and if you don't wish for that consequence to be a shutdown of your faction then change your actions. It's great roleplay for both ends when done correctly anyway, some people just be a little too eager to keep hold of their official factions.
