  1. no im telling you those are the reasons they're an NCZ, there would be no way you'd realistically get away with any kind of murder etc in a hospital.
  2. PHMC is already exempt as it classifies under Hospital. By this same extension Zonah and Davis medical are also included in that regards. Sandy/Paleto aren't active and don't get covered by that ruling. The "medical center" part of PHMC is just semantics. Any attempt to remove that classification of an NCZ just wouldn't fly. Yeah we can't man PHMC 24/7 as interest in medical RP is low, but any hospital you visit is COVERED in camera's, security teams on each floor and such. Hope Health classifies as a clinic, those were not exempt from crime nor are any other small clinics. The Medical Licensing and Registration Act provides clarification to what things are classified under.
  3. Name: D.A. Bordeaux Comment: It was lovely to sit and talk with you Holly, thank you for taking the time to conduct the interview!
  4. here's an idea, instead of mandating it just do your due diligence. if u don't wanna hire a mapper cause they don't have a thread, then don't hire one lmao.
  5. Detailed Description: Rn if you wanna invite someone to a page, you have to doomscroll through hordes of people just to find who you're after. Is not good. You can invite ppm to group DM's via searching up their name directly, so add this for pages too. Relevant Commands/Items: search function when inviting ppl to a page/group How will it benefit the server? idk, it'd probably save FB having to load thousands of profiles (for some) when they wanna invite folks to a group.
  6. went to little seoul the other day, never had clientside 10 second delays between messages b4.
  7. gib AA-12 recoilless shotguns. Crime will drop then.
  8. Username: D.A. Bordeaux Comment: Thank you for the flattering photo Mr Preston, really captured my good side there. I welcome all investigations against me as I have nothing to hide, however I will answer why you've been able to see me in such a car. As you may or may not know, the Pegassi Torero was released in the late 70s. You may also know, that I was born in the early 70s. The car you picture me in is one I have dreamed about since I was a child. One which on the second hand market comes in at around $500,000. Equating for the fact I've held my position now for three stable years, I've been able to save portions of what I earn to put forward to acquiring my dream car. Besides the Yosemite pickup truck I own, this is now my only vehicle. Since myself and Sienna have a healthy marriage, we share in what vehicles we operate. The Declassee Mamba I've been seen in prior has been returned to the dealership in which I acquired it from. Affording such a vehicle has been made easier now there are two incomes within my household contributing to paying the bills of my property. Since I'm sure your next point will be about the price of my house, allow me to open it to the public that I paid in total $2,500,000 for my property. $500,000 for the Torero, and $2,500,000 are a drop in the bucket to the theorized price of the Wade estate. Which third party appraisals have put the value at between $8,000,000 and $12,000,000. Now Mr Wade has only been appointed Lt Governor for the past year, so I'd like to flip the question on how was he able to afford such an estate on a public servant salary? Furthermore I'd like to also respond to the claim's I've not been in my position. Being the Director of the facility, my time has been split between what patients I am able to see, as well as meetings with various city government and external officials to organize collaborations. We also had the chance to discuss with some employee's at the port, they claim to rarely see you there as well. Which is concerning especially as reports are showing crime is once more beginning to spike within the Port of Los Santos, particularly of an Arson nature. I'm however certain all this will be brought up at our up-coming debate at Big Tony's buffet house, so we can discuss directly the allegations on both sides.
  9. Username: D.A. Bordeaux Comment: Dear 97, we have long suspected potential links to crime and those that you speak of, but without seeing evidence of the matter we're unable to act upon it. I would appreciate if you reach out to me for us to discuss this article further. Particularly now we have another potentially corrupt Republican running for Mayor. My email address is [email protected] ((forum pm)) Best wishes, Danielle.
  10. No you misunderstand, Day-times irl are WHEN robberies happen. Night time is rare. Yes the server limits that as American's never see the sunset IG, but there's plenty of room to be creative. People will be more receptive when creativity is involved. When I used to RP a criminal, I remember asking IFM if I'm allowed to RP making thermite for robberies, easy way to bust through thick materials. Their response was one of wow, no one's requested something like that before. Yes part of illegal RP is hemmed in, no I don't believe that relates to the fact folk from Davis or Paleto aren't supposed to be up in the hills robbing. That box opens up when creativity in execution is done. Admin's will see another generic /re can we have a door opened up, we've shot the lock in etc as just boring. But if you say /re "We've gotten access to the property via social engineering, we've scouted the property and picked disguises to blend in, we've got unique tools for the job, may we get a door unlocked". That'd likely net you far quicker response times as its something UNIQUE. Ik about the day time thing as when I was younger, my grandparents place got hit in board daylight by folks pretending to be doing work for the local council. That shit is the way its done IRL.
  11. I don't believe anyone hates illegal RP here, there are fun interactions and some ape interactions. I think robberies in that area could do with more creativity than blacked out four doors. Given there's things like neighborhood watch, why aren't criminals renting out little utility vans and going under cover of hi-vis jackets. They exist for EVERYONE to buy. Mix things up, get creative with approaches. Most people are just growing tired of the roaming four doors packed four deep with blacked out clothing... in the daytime.... Ik I'm hammering on the utility van concept, because social engineering like that WORKS. You can get into most places, even uninvited, if you're dressed the part and know how to act. Crime is more than just ayo cuz lemme run your pockets. Things like social engineering, knowing who's home when, the routes etc are ALL vital aspects to performing a robbery, especially one where everyone's rich, most people have guns and there are literal groupchats flagging when sus vehicles even so much as drive up one of the roads. But the problem is, not every player there is online at the same time, civilians don't have access to guard dogs like the cops do. Pets have no bite or any observable impact in robbery scenario's. There's room for improvement here.
  12. Funny thing about broad daylight, most home invasions actually occur during the day, VERY rarely at night. Why? Cause you're home at night sleeping, you can be waked and react. You're at work during the day, thus its somehow safer. I just wish it would be people using that aspect, not 4 deep tinted out primos. But instead vans with 4 people in Hi-Vis jackets, abusing the fact folk don't tend to look twice at workmen.
  13. idk walking into a random apartment and planking seems very johnny snake level.
  14. He's GTAW's Johnny Snake (*** rags to riches if you don't remember the thread name), I think that's how it was allowed. Enough ppl had a chuckle that it got ignored until a line had been crossed.
  15. I don't think that's necessarily the issue. You drive around the hills, how many gates etc you see stuck open, despite the fact you can clearly see a hinge on them. If PM let ppl map those closed, along with other hinged objects across the property, like gates, back doors and such, it'd make it harder and keep things realistic without imposing any rule/script limitation.
  16. Ahaha, this is why we have the no cars outside rule at my property. I could time it, last time a car was left outside our place it took 5 minutes before four guys jumped outta a blacked out car to rob. Alternative to that restricting it, let us map our gates closed, or install CCTV. These are houses of the 5%, they're gonna have things like that when you have senators, governors, CEO's, Department heads/ High Ranking cops living there.
