  1. Hong Lan Association 紅蘭堂 aims to portray a realistic and predominantly Chinese-American organized crime group (tong) in Textile City, Chinatown. We emphasize character development and authentic scenes, with a community center serving as a hub for cultural and social activities. Our faction concept offers both illegal and legal characters an atmosphere to grow and thrive, allowing each character to find their way and progress within our structure, maintaining Chinatown's public idea of working upstanding citizens as a front. Everything is handled strictly in-game, with recruitment and progression entirely in-character and varying in duration based on interactions. While Chinese characters are preferred, we welcome individuals of all genders and Asian backgrounds, as we aim to portray a diverse group of seasoned and up-and-coming criminals and upstanding citizens, so long as these characters maintain our concept of second or third generation Asian-Americans working together in a tightly knit Asian community. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. For more information on the faction, or questions as to how to join, please contact @Zarina, @ssyn and @Asianz.

  3. Username: Olivia Zhao Comment: I’m not sure why my name was even brought into this discussion. Instead of deflecting and pointing fingers, perhaps Mayor Preston should reflect on his own leadership. After all, Frank Buntz was endorsed under his administration, and it was his responsibility to ensure the integrity of his team. If the Mayor is truly concerned about accountability, he should focus on how someone like Buntz was able to serve under his watch rather than attacking Council members who are actually working to move the city forward. Leadership is about owning your mistakes and setting a better example. Attacking me doesn’t fix the systemic failures that allowed someone with Buntz’s history to sit on the Council for so long. My record is clear and I've been up-front about that. I’ve consistently advocated for transparency, accountability, and privacy for our constituents, values that seem to have been missing recently and in many of the bills your party has proposed.
