Recent findings during my investigations has turned up a link to several Masonic fraternities within southern San Andreas, as well as lone members with connections to organizations such as the Jesuits. On the topic of MCK, I investigated them earlier this year and turned up several leads. Some of that being that several of the killings attributed to Ady Ivy were actually committed by a cult called VEXIUS based in a remote encampment on Mount Chiliad. This cult wore black hoods and poisoned the drinks of unsuspecting tourists in bars, which later got falsely attributed by the press to be MCK. Following this, I then systematically infiltrated the Vexius cult and information sphere, where upon I learned about two female individuals - the older "Vexor", with a full face tattoo + black hair, as well as "Doe", a younger woman with brown hair and brown eyes. This duo and their secret order were responsible for numerous homicides directly attributed by the media to the Morse Code Killer, though a link between the two entities remains unproven. As for if I think this is the real MCK? I'd believe yes, or at the very least, they'd have some kind of already extant connection to them. There is still credence to support that much of the homicides could be split between Ady Ivy, Vexius and other individuals which could have collaborated under the MCK banner. THE LAST LEMONADE STAND PREFACE: To preface this article, I feel I should share some information about myself to raise my credibility; most who take a torch of justice against the bloodthirsty elite are met with criticism, called "conspiracy theorists" and put to the side when they hold no formal experience in the field of political wet-work. My name is 97, and I am a former subcontractor for the CIA and NSA via Booz-Allen Hamilton from 2012 until 2016, then by The Research & Science Association from 2016 until 2020. During my eight year tenure with the American government, I specialized primarily in telecommunications, computer engineering and software development. However, I have had extensive training in combat procedures, human psychology and political espionage. Following my departure from subcontracting work, I devoted my energy toward vigilantism against corrupt members of the American government - first in Liberty City, now in San Andreas. STORY: Following my arrival in San Andreas late last year, I've devoted my energy toward investigating allegations of quid-pro-quo between members of SAGOV, and organized crime. My research in Liberty City pointed to a definite link between the Italian-American mafia presence of South Broker and the LCPD/LC Port Authority... and when I began to see connections stretching to the opposite coast, I knew this shadow regime was larger than I had anticipated. My first piece of information came in the form of a man known only as "John" - a figurehead of Greek sex traffickers in downtown Vinewood. From word of mouth testimony and documents of which I have only memories, I learned that John's sex trafficking ring was given full authority to practice in San Andreas via weekly payments to LSPD captain James Salerno, in the form of weekly payments of $60,000 + 10% weekly profits. These payments were masked as catering services from the Gyro King restaurant in Vinewood. James Salerno provides another interesting link. His surname and genealogical history (from public records research) can be traced to several Italian-American mobsters active in San Andreas, most notably the mob presence in Los Santos. Furthermore, these common-link mafiosi also hold connections to the South Broker chapter, who - once again- hold connections directly to the Liberty City metropolitan government. Atop all of these things came another piece of information - allegations and rumors of cooperation between high-ranking members of SAGOV and transnational organized crime. The allegations pointed toward a highly organized, highly exclusive ring of intelligentsia sitting at the top of the San Andreas underworld. Senators, lawyers, journalists, doctors and drug kingpins making up the inner-circle of the unseen empire. For my own safety, and for the safety of my investigation, I will not disclose the details of my findings below, until it is safe. I found out the place where they meet, and I went there. For two weeks, every night I observed enough of them to know, without a doubt, there is cooperation between arms traffickers and members of the Inner Circle. The people involved are high-ranking, highly-paid members of SAGOV's executive branch, the Port Authority, and the judiciary. Most of them are registered Republicans. I observed trucks coming and going from one of their compounds, stacked to the brim with crates of sub-machine guns. Their plan is to create a never-ending waterfall of cash by profiting off the gang violence in Los Santos. The poor conditions of Los Santos and Blaine County lead to crime, the crime leads to gangs, the gangs fight each other with guns, the guns are provided by a tight-knit international trafficking cell given free reign to practice in San Andreas by its very government. This machine is far more powerful than you could imagine. They hold the entirety of the state budget, including the police/sheriff's department to enforce their rule. The individual members possess businesses worth double-digit millions of dollars. They keep their beast alive every day, and laugh in our faces every time another Davis gangbanger is murdered. They're profiting off our very lives, and they need to be stopped... for ourselves, for our children and for the very fabric of America. The quid-pro-quo between organized crime and our elected officials can be proven if you'd only look at what really goes on behind the scenes. There's been many allegations over the years of members of the city government, including the mayor, having ties to transnational arms/narcotics traffickers, with the LSPD acting as the foot-soldiers for this hidden regime.
