  1. Hello everyone, In an effort to streamline the screenshot editing process I've created a simple 3 step process with the aid of https://chatlog.gta.world/. Step 1: Navigate to -> https://chatlog.gta.world/ Paste your roleplay text. Step 2: Click -> Step 3: Open the downloaded file in Photoshop and drag it onto your screenshot. Outcome: Should hopefully save you valuable time with formating, removing the background colors on the text, etc. Any suggestions, don't hesitate to reach out. 5. 1. WHAT DO WE PORTRAY? PENI Death Squad is a skinhead gang and a hybrid of a street gang and prison gang. The members are state raised career criminals who sell meth in their neighborhood, get spun and do something crazy, steal cars, rob drug dealers, burglarize homes, commit credit card fraud, sell guns that might be stolen, and stab inmates that had it coming. They are also involved in prison gang politics. Your main focus should be committing crime to make ends meet, living with drug addiction, and a watered-down white supremacy influence. Originally PENI started out as a punk rock gang in the 1980s and were part of the scene. In the present day, members still attend punk rock gigs, and your typical member is into punk. 2. HOW DO I GET INVOLVED WITH THE FACTION? The best way to get involved is to buy drugs from the gang and get high with members of the gang. The politics of the gang revolve around drugs. The gang is like a glorified book club for junkies. Hang out together, crash at a member's pad after getting drugs, do crime together, be in and out of jail, etc. When you become part of the social circle, there'll be two possible scenarios: you'll be selling drugs to other tweakers in order to support your own habit OR you'll be committing various crime and using the money from it to buy drugs from the gang. You don't need to be a hardcore racist from the beginning, but at some point, your character will be indoctrinated on white supremacy and the skinhead culture. Eventually, if you fit the mold, you'll be recruited into PENI. 3. WHAT TYPE OF CHARACTER SHOULD I MAKE? The character should be Caucasian/White with a propensity for crime and an active drug addiction (crystal meth, heroin, or both). If he has no criminal record, it's best to start as a drug addict in the 18-19 years old range, otherwise you're free to role play a more-experienced career criminal with prison stints if he's in his mid-20s or older. He should be born and raised in Vespucci if you plan to role play heavily in that area, but you're also free to be from somewhere else if it makes sense such as Del Perro, El Burro/Murietta, Vinewood. You should NOT make the type of character that's an innocent minor who's never smoked pot and done anything illegal. 4. CAN I DO SOMETHING ELSE AND STILL BE INVOLVED? The above description of what a prospective PENI member should be like is a general description of a white gangster. You can go down that path if you want to, but you also have the option of approaching the faction in other ways. If you prefer jail role play, it's an option to keep your character in jail permanently, or for prolonged periods of time. PENI is active in jail/prison where a lot of the recruitment happens, and it's easier to indoctrinate whites, and have them become skinheads. PENI often recruit from smaller skinhead gangs, so it's also possible to role play as a member of a skinhead gang, who moves up to PENI, or have a group of players acting as a gang that end up recruited by PENI. 5. WHAT ABOUT FEMALE CHARACTERS? Women that orbit around skinhead gangs are typically there because of their drug addiction or because they're dating one of the members. A good way to join would be as a high-functioning drug addict who holds down a job. That would involve role playing outside of the faction and not solely depending on members being online. Another way is being a gritty tweaker chick that just hangs around drug dealers all the time so she can score dope. One thing to stress on is that you should aim to have a social network outside of just PENI. Most female gang associates have a normal look to them (you wouldn't be able to tell they're involved with a skinhead gang). Some look like punk rock chicks, some look like bro hoes, some look like tattooed tweakers, some have the traditional skinhead look. The female equivalent of a skinhead is called a skinbyrd and gang members often refer to their women as byrds. 6. OTHER INFORMATION Feel free to message @Comradical or @PeterPiperPackedAPookie if you have any questions or concerns. You can also message either of the two if you want to join our Discord server where we have more information about PEN1 and the lives white gangsters lead.

  7. I'll close this. From an administrative point of view, I love PK wars compared to CK wars even if from a roleplayer point of view, theorically speaking I should love CK wars more. Every single CK wars since the server opening have been drama fest where I had to step in and spend lot of time helping IFM in, every single of them. People cannot take a loss, and it's always a massive drama on every side, with things going as far as IRL threats, lot of bans, tons of members leaving the server. It brings hate between players whereas we should all "play" and spend good time together.

  8. Breakdown & History The 38th Street gang was founded in the 1920s, dates back to the pachucos and zoot suits, and was formed at the border between South Central and the city of Vernon. The 38th Street gang became well known in the 1940s in the Sleepy Lagoon murder trial. Sleepy Lagoon was a popular swimming hole in what is now East Los Santos. A Mexican American juvenile named Jose Diaz was killed there in 1942, and members of the 38th Street Mexican American gang were arrested and charged with murder by the Los Santos Police Department. Since the 1920s, the 38th Street gang has continued its criminal activities and has evolved to become one of California's most violent street gangs. Members conduct various activities, including drug sales, murder, theft, and vandalism. By the late 1990s, a federal task force was set up in order to investigate the gang's involvement in the illegal drug trade, this resulted in the arrest of several of its members. The authorities confiscated thousands of dollars in drugs and money. The group has historically quarreled with various rival gangs for placement and competition, which has resulted in many drive-by shootings and deaths. On August 24, 2004, a law enforcement preliminary injunction terminated the active members of the 38th Street gang, out of the streets, banning them from using firearms, alcohol, graffiti, and other dangerous materials in public. During 1980s, 38th Street became heavily involved in drug sales and trafficking became a specialty crime that some gang members perfected. Today 38th Street relies almost exclusively on narcotics sales and distribution as its only source of revenue. In February 2011 the FBI arrested 37 suspects connected to 38th Street. They were arrested on narcotics and firearms charges. Cliques of 38th Street Covenant Locos/Cove Locos (CLS) 38th Street Covenant Locos/Cove Locos (CLS) are a dangerous subset under the 38th Street Gang. Mostly consisting of young members, this generation has built up respect within its ranks and produced a whole new culture of how they are represented. They can be seen all throughout Clinton Ave. Due to their more wiser and older members being incarcerated or deceased this has caused them to seek money, power, and respect by any means. 38th Street Covenant Locos/Cove Locos look to make a living either through the participation of extortion, murder, and burglary. The Takedown of Test Gang On February 1st, 2011 gang members apart of the 38th Street Varrio gang were taken down for a RICO case, it was stated that several dozens of members a part of the 38th street Varrio gang were taken down on a Tuesday. The LSPD targeted 87 members, arresting all of them with charges such as murder, attempted murders, drug trafficking, robberies, and witness intimidation. On top of that, they found 23 firearms, 7 kilograms of cocaine, a pound of methamphetamine, and nearly $250,000 in cash. Those items were later seized by the LSPD. Even though the 38th Street Varrio gang got hit with this RICO case and many others, this didn’t stop them from continuing their violent actions, and what they had going on in the drug business they were mostly used by Mexican Mafia, making gang members from 38th Street do things for them. Inside of the war between the 38th street Varrio Gang & the 52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods The war first started over a situation in the 1980's that involved a well known member of the 38th Street , Johnathan "Spanks" Mejia. Spanks was known member in his hood for his ruthless activity in the hood and had mutual connections with members of the 52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods when both gangs used to have a close bond/alliance. The alliance between both hoods eventually broke apart when Spanks was gunned down. He was rumored to be killed by another rival Hispanic gang, but the 38th Street Varrio questioned the Pueblos about it and wanted to know why they let one of their rivals slide through and kill one of their affiliates. The Pueblos didn’t want anything to do with that war and didn't stand in the way of the rival gang while Spanks was killed. On the other hand the 38th Street gang felt some what disrespected so they started to pick on the Pueblos. Both gang soon started to have sparked a rivalry starting with brawls and robberies. One thing led to another and in one instance a Pueblo Bishop Blood was shot at by 38th Street who was only grazed by the bullet. The Pueblos were quick to retaliate. This started an all out war between both hoods, they both wanted blood from both sides. 38th Street (CLS) Today Today 38th Street gang members of the Covenant Locos/Cove Locos (CLS) clique are commonly seen active in South Central, Davis. On Covenant Street. The Cove Locos clique are growing at a incredibly rapid speed due to the current generations fascination with the gang and gang culture in general, however, the introduction of the younger affiliates caused the Cove Locos clique to often be tied in to Net Banging. Affiliates of the newer generation despite their older affiliates influence find themselves all over social media, especially Facebrowser. Members are usually seen rocking "38", "SUR", "CLS", "T", and "TEST GANG" tattoos, or Texas Ranger Caps, Brooklyn Dodgers caps, and Cincinnati Reds caps. . Younger members ranging around 13-20 are solely gang banging for the fact of being known or gaining a name in the streets all through out Los Santos by any means possible, whether it's posting criminal activities or messages to rival gang's all the way to dropping locations looking for trouble.
