Add GTAW Evolved to the server

How many more pages until this goes in implemented? c'mon you don't even have to script 2 lines of code to add this to the server.

And while I've seen most ads and billboards a thousand times by now I appreciate businesses who keep the same spirit with punny names or stupid slogans.

Baboon's done pretty good at editing wear & tear into signs so far, he doesn't just slap a 1080p texture that looks like a new tesla in the middle of sandy shores.

I fully support this as it brings much more immersion to the GTAW lore. Again as others have mentioned, if it's updated on a regular basis. +1

Logging in to see the Fantasia Event Hall sign on the old brick building was such a lovely surprise, and we appreciate it so much!
The building has actively been used for over a year now so it means a lot to us to see the logo hanging over our doors!
