More low-end affordable boats.

Short description: Add more affordable and low-end boats, like the exemples listed below.

Detailed description: With the recently released fishing update which completely overhauled the fishing script, I think its time we update our pool of marine vehicles aswell with this. Not with yachts, like my previous suggestion a few months ago, but with affordable low-end boats. These boats make more sense to own for a majority of the population, instead of skipping straight to the rather ''expensive'' Dinghy (which is atm the realisticly lowest end real boat. No idea why the Suntrap is cheaper as a speed boat).

How would your suggestion improve the server? Allowing more people to realisticly fish on boats, offering a low-end tier of boats.

If we want to raise more interest in this type of RP ,we need more boats that are realisticly affordable to characters of the middle and lower class.
