Short description: Make male shirt 250 available for all players

Detailed description: It's a dress shirt that is currently unavailable for non LEOs I believe for no real reason as it's just a simple shirt.

Commands to add: N/A

Items to add: Male Shirt ID 250

How would your suggestion improve the server? There is a big deficit in dress shirts at the moment due to the clothing limit because of RAGE, making this clothing available would create more immersion and possibilities for outfits.

Additional information: The female equivalent of this shirt is available for all female players, so I don't see why the male shouldn't be as well.

Yeah, it's a simple shirt. Female characters can already use the equivalent in the clothing store, so it only makes sense for males to be able to use it as well, as there is an extremely minimal amount of formal dress shirts available.

Seems like a regular shirt, which makes me wonder why it's restricted in the first place. Kinda reminds me of GF RP back in 2006 where cool skins were reserved for certain factions for no reason other than to appeal to these factions. That mindset has no place in a 2020 RP community.

Some shirts aren't available because they've been modded and made exclusive to FD and PD.

Apparently the 1.1 update is supposed to fix this; I've lost several of my favorite clothing items because of all this - so while I definitely understand the irritation, this is likely to be a non-issue once that drops.

the firefighter badge / name / shoulder pad is a decal. it has like 9 variants for each respective rank.

I don't see much use for it, if anything I'd love for 321 and 322 to be added because they would have an actual purpose.

Then the easy fix would be to rescript the decal, not the shirt.
