Just want to state this should apply to both inmates and guard staff, of course WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY higher precaution on guards then inmates.

Yes. If you start shit and get killed in jail you should be CKed 

 

If someone just kills you for no good reason, well thats DM anyway and it would be voided with the person punished.

support. The prison system is meant to be a dangerous place and this would encourage alot of people to roleplay more ''realistic' when it comes to their first time in a prison.

 

it would also bring to life alot of hustles that are prevalent in the IRL counterpart such as protection, debt collecting and being hustled for commissary. People start to weigh risk and reward more, makes for a more interesting environment.

...or it would lead to the direct opposite with people role-playing even less in prison. Why should they risk their character when they can just avoid as many interaction by being afk or not online at all.

I %100 support this, there should be more fear when it comes to roleplaying in the prison system.

As long as you have good reasoning to kill somebody I see no issues with this becoming a thing, I support this.
