Sure, 60% of property management have jobs irl, give them one on the game too. 

Just change advertisement rules, put "buying any business" as an example, its basically same as "selling elegy retro full upgrades, sms/call"

Don't volunteer if you don't have the time - or deputize someone to review applications if they get out of hand. It's not that hard.

 

Modifying advertisement rules will just change the way they broadcast the same message, much how the car market turned out.
