Moving the teleport when released from County.

Short description:  Currently when you're released from County Jail you teleport to Mission Row PD. This should be changed to outside of the County Jail to make for more realistic roleplay scenarios.

Bumping this. The teleport should be done to outside the gates of Twin Towers. This facilitates more roleplay for people picking up their relatives or people should take taxi's. It's weird to be teleported from Twin Towers to Mission Row and I believe it is even based on when Mission Row was responsible for all the jailing.

Agreed. It's a weird dynamic to go from TTCF to Mission Row in a blink of an eye. Should be moved to outside of the facility.

Mission Row is still being used for some crimes, so it would make little sense for someone jailed for something minor to be teleported to the County Prison.
