remove car plates from /dl

Title sums it up. Reading through recent PD / SD reports, most of the LEO roleplayers have /dl enabled, specifically so they can easier read car plates especially when they shouldn't be able to, prompting abuse.

If the vehicle is registered it has plates. If you dont want your plate to be seen use a screwdriver and remove it with /vehplate or w/e the command is.

 

If you want to RP not having plates, take the plate off scriptly, thats why the screwdriver & plate command is there.

Yeaaaaah, but that's when their car gets impounded & that's when their car gets crushed for evading :)))
