Cocaine Capital
Suggestion template Detailed Description Simple, remove the requirement for FD to torch a vehicle, especially if it's a personal vehicle. Relevant Commands/Items Just removing the requirement How will it benefit the server? Late night needs for torching a vehicle are basically nonexistent due to not ever having enough FD on. If enough cops are online that should suffice, especially considering most cars are found burnt out already. 5 Link to comment
Miggs
good idea to bring more RP to FD, but this limits more than it solves +1 Edited November 17, 2023 by Miggs Link to comment
PeopleKind
I could see the requirement being beneficial if there were more active FD on in the late/early hours. But this restricts criminal RP, criminals shouldn't be restricted for basic vehicle fires just because there's no FD on duty. A good idea that would benefit both sides maybe would be to connect the /vtorch command to FD's Discord & have it send out an OOC Pager informing them someone wishes to RP an arson. It won't give them a name, location, or anything of the sort. Just that someone wants to RP an arson & they should get in game & on duty to respond. If nobody responds to said pager (By clicking the attend/responding button) within 5 minutes, then the person wishing to do the /vtorch can be informed via an OOC message that the timer is up & they now have access to do the /vtorch command again. Mitch
In agreement, the vehicle fires are very low on the priority list for FD compared to the routine call volume, shouldn't be locked behind staffing requirements. Link to comment

Invictus
I dont like being restricted just because one party is too inactive to be around. +1 Link to comment
Cartoonhead
+1, worrying trend in adding cool scripts that improve RP, only to be put behind a restriction that really didn't need to be there. FD don't need to catch every single fire. Link to comment
