  15. Voiding situations may sometimes affect other parties involved in a situation that have exerted a lot of time and effort into their RP to bring around some more RP for other people/individuals. For instance, someone got shot and died and then PD arrived on scene. You'd have detectives working the scene, taking samples, photos, picking up casings, examining the body, the location and pattern of the casings etc. and then you'd have that work submitted over to forensics and they do their own little bit of RP and send out a report to detectives who look further into the case and try to determine what went on and try to connect it to other stuff. Voiding scenes essentially kills all that RP and a lot of potential for some entertaining casework/case RP/coffee runs/discussing cases and bonding and forming relationships with other people while you work the cases. I'm all for voiding RPs if there has been a rule break and there is no other way around it. Human errors sometimes happen where you could accidentally end up misfiring but but buuuuut in order to misfire you must've had your firearm on you and have pulled it out! All in all, I just came here to say that voiding stuff sometimes affects third parties who may not be directly involved in the scene itself.
  16. I definitely agree with this! Helping players out with what they're meant to have in their attributes could benefit everyone, also as a bonus, it should also give them the average weight and height of different age groups, this way it saves them a little bit of time with googling and would definitely work out in our favor by having them add a little description to their character.
  17. It's important to understand that judges are RP'd by people who have other IRL commitments to tend to. Court cases could drag on for too long as different opinions and evidences get thrown back and forth and analyzing each situation and piece of evidence could be a time consuming process. It's impossible to put a cap on how long court cases take as new evidence comes to light and that evidence then gets evaluated and the sentencing could vary depending on that evidence. However; to counter this issue, if I could remember correctly, judges issued out a statement that players couldn't plea "not guilty" if their arrest period didn't exceed a week or maybe two, I honestly can't remember precisely, this is because bail takes around 48 hours and then the whole court proceedings could take up some time. No contest is another plea that you could enter that would allow you to serve the sentence and fight the charges in court. If you were found to be incorrectly charged, the charges would get removed from your record. Putting a time cap on the time that courts could take to read through the case and bring back a verdict could lead to things being rushed heavily, as sometimes, they may require to bring in witnesses, review new evidence, review new evidence, talk to officers who were on scene etc. and this could be a very time consuming process as people are sometimes at different timezones and it could take them awhile to get in touch with one another.
  18. The foundation and base of this game is and should be mutual respect between players while trying to enjoy the game. This game and roleplay games in general depend on your interaction with other people and RPing with them and in order to ensure a healthy environment, you should be able to respect the players on the otherside of the screen, after all, we're here to have fun.
  19. To my understanding, PM reviews each character's backstory and the reasoning behind why they believe they should want a certain vehicle to ensure that the assets owned are not a little too over the line. I honestly didn't run into anyone that owned a vehicle that was too exotic for their character; however, if you believe that there are certain individuals with vehicles that are way too exotic/unrealistic to be possessed by them, you're always free to report them to RPQM!
  20. This is a lovely form/preliminary guideline that people could definitely use to guide them through the character creation process. So so so! I'm going to add to it. https://www.16personalities.com/personality-types The above link is an interactive website that helps you choose and create your character's personality and vibe. There's LOADS of stuff to choose from and they give you a detailed explanation of how each personality varies from one another, helping you to get into the mindset of the character you wish to portray. Feel free to check it out, as it ahs been my personal go-to website for awhile now.
  21. @Edward Collins Hey there! Have you tried any of the above suggestions? Have any of them worked? From my understanding, RAGE has recently pushed an update, maybe that has helped? Let us know!
  22. @leonnzzzHey there, so check out the topic that'll link in this post. As a way to by-pass, this issue administrators could try and help you out with the whole process; however, it is important to understand that this solution is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Regardless, I encourage you to create a report and explain what you plan on doing to the administrator handling in-game and maybe the could help you out with the process! https://forum.gta.world/en/topic/87808-character-wiped-after-long-absence/#comment-957116 I hope that this resolves your issue and given that you haven't posted any updates in awhile, I'm going to assume that this issue has been resolved and L&A this topic. Should you still require assistance or wish to discuss your issue further, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I'll be more than happy to bring back your topic.

    Savings System

In my opinion, the economy is already inflated as it is. There are loads of people walking around with millions in the bank, I know that because I'm one of them, and the money sits there doing nothing but pile up. Adding more cash into the economy would definitely make matters worse. If I remember correctly, there was a money wipe a year or two ago to somewhat help with controlling the inflation. EDIT: In my opinion, when you first start out, the server gives you enough money to buy a car to go from one place to another and eventually you would be able to buy an apartment with said money, as it piles up from one paycheck to the next. I believe that this would alleviate the need to grind for cash and instead encourage you to seek different avenues of RP to maybe raise your character's social and economical class from one point to another.
  25. I love this idea, definitely worth looking into; though, would it require too much work to set the default interior for each and every apartment? I mean, naturally, I think that, even the owned apartments, would also have a default option set in place in the event that the property owner wishes to sell it. Deleting that cash out of the economy completely would be the better choice here.
