To all the people role-playing homeless, big ups! There's probably not much of a 'end-game' I presume, but we're all so entertained by your characters whenever paths cross. They're much different from all the NPC's I come across IG and you offer a different type of interaction many aren't able to give. I remember a vast amount of homeless characters, but unfortunately I only have screenshot of only one of them. That's a moment that stands out, unlike many experiences I've had on this server because eventually... they're all the same if you're a cop or a criminal and been doing it long enough. I realise that most people doing homeless RP isn't exactly doing it for our sake, but more of their own entertainment - but still I'd like to thank you - I hope to see solutions to your issues and become an overall better experience for you.

Detailed Description: Hi! This is a proposition on changing the way breakins are handled, and I would definitely like your opinion to better the server. Lately we've been having more RPG elements, and even though I'm one that likes to prevent that aspect as much as possible, sometimes it's very needed and helpful. What if we had a menu like the one that pops up that gives you an option to change the name of your weapon or when you do /pmenu - but the player doing the breakin would have to write their reasoning on this breakin menu that appears, very much like when an admin ask you why. When you've written your reasoning and submit it, an admin can spectate if they'd like. I hope I'm not confusing you so far. The menu itself could have a few more questions to detail it out a bit. Maybe evidence, acquaintances that accompanies you and so forth. It's a no-brainer that the admins would have a way to access this menu in case a report came up. However, I'm also suggesting a set of extra rules and a extra command to be implemented if an admin isn't available. The /pbme command works like... /pbme opens up several of the counters and makes a mess, showing no hesitation as they attempt to find something valuable. The /pbme then appears as a cim... The robbers could obviously write it in a past tense when they do a /pbme, I personally would. I think at least 3 cims should be placed if no admin is available to do it for them. Leaving less than 3 cims should be a rulebreak and should go on their record. You're usually a group when you do a breakin, so it's not difficult having each placing a /pbme. This is all I can think of so far though when it comes to the suggestion. If you have any changes or ideas that improves this, please write them down below. I think each person that's mentioned as acquaintances should have 1 property a day as a limit, and lets say for instance that when an admin just randomly spectates and eyes the menu, seeing that only 1 is mentioned when there's 3... all 3 should be banned on the spot, just my opinion. I believe really enforcing rules is what prevents them from being broken again, as in setting examples. A person might report, admin checks logs, sees 3 people when only 1 is mentioned... and you know where it goes from there. Let me know though! It helps not only with time for the actual players to not get wasted, because lets be honest... time is our true currency IRL, and most of us don't want to wait 1-4 hours for a simpel "you still want it taken?" and when you say "i'm mid RP can you give me 20 min?" .... "put a report in again when you ready, if im available ill take it".... 1-4 hours passes again. This leaves a load for admins as well, and yes some robbed characters may report OOC in confusion, but it's just much easier to do this IMO. I've been asked for evidence before a breakin, and I'm sure the admin team/dev team would put a perfect layout for this menu so every question that matters can be answered, in case a report was to come up. I think it's time for a revamp on the breakin! It'll do more good than bad.
