Short description: At peak times of the server, it can become difficult to post advertisements, particularly business advertisements(/bad), simply due to the many businesses scattered around the map that are wanting to post them too. My suggestion is the implementation of a queue for these advertisements, with checks to avoid spam, so all advertisements are accepted at the time of creation and posted 2-3 minutes after the one ahead of it is posted. Detailed description: This suggestion is more for business advertisements(/bads) and company advertisements (/cads) as these are the most common types used, but it could also be expanded to /ads. Often times, more-so during peak server times, when trying to create an advertisement to open your business, you will get this notification ' We already posted someone's advertisement less than 3 minutes ago, please wait a few more seconds'. Upon waiting a few more seconds you can try to post an the advertisement again but another one for a different place was just posted and you have to continue waiting and hoping that yours will eventually be posted. With the implementation of my suggestion, I think it could alleviate this issue where all advertisements are accepted into a queue upon using the command. It will post the first one put into queue, then after 3 minutes, it will post the next advertisement in the queue. If no advertisements are presently in the queue, then your ad will post automatically. There would need to be a way to also ensure the same advertisement is not repeatedly put into the queue and also giving a little priority for the places putting in the bad in for the first time. Commands to add: /adqueue/cadqueue/badqueue - to check where your advertisement stands in the queue to be posted. It would return with a numerical value. | /badremove/cadremove/adremove - For people who decide they don't want the next advertisement they put in the queue to post, it would let them remove it and jump all the other advertisements up. Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It would give anyone who wants to post an /bad an chance too when the server is busy and so many places are trying to post them as-well. Additional information: N/A

Interesting idea, I wouldn't have to pull all-nighters or wake up at 7 in the morning anymore to see daylight in the server. Jokes aside, was there a reason that it was set to GMT in the first place and not GMT-7? Like, @Cyrus mentioned above, you can't have an perfect server time for a player base that plays in so many different time zones around the world.
