Absolutely not. If you have ever played at 120+ Hz refresh rate you know how bad it is to play at 60 frames per second. This is just not viable for anyone (except people who have always been 60Hz players). You couldn't pay me to play this game capped at 60.

Couldn't LFM and/or RPQM handle this issue? We can't act unless we're notified of these things on an individual case basis. I don't think a rule amendment is needed for a few bad apples.

This would be neat. I'd like to see it implemented as a phone app similar to how it is IRL. Perhaps people can opt-in for the job and take deliveries on the fly just as it is IRL. Would be a very neat feature if it could be properly executed.

This is almost certainly due to your computer's power consumption settings. When you unplug it, it's going into a lesser power state to conserve battery. Modify your settings in the power options to use your hardware even when off charge. Playing on battery only at full performance will likely be putting a big load on the battery and probably won't be good for longevity, although you could always get a replacement battery.

Sounds almost like key chattering. I'd at least give the file shared by this page a try (https://graphicscardhub.com/how-to-fix-keyboard-chatter/). It's called KCFIX. I personally have issues where certain keys (such as E) might be pressed 2-3 times at random instead of just once which is very annoying. This fixes that issue. In the case that yours seems to be resetting the inputs, it might be a similar chattering issue, although it could be something else entirely. It won't hurt to try this and see if it alleviates the issue. Of course, I could just get a new keyboard instead of using this program, but it works flawlessly and saves me money. 🤷‍♂️ With regards to your mouse going in and out as you claim, only on RAGEMP, that's very interesting. I personally also use a keyboard from Corsair and the software bundled with it and do not have this issue. Although, my mouse is a SteelSeries mouse. 🤔 KCFIX screenshot: As you can see, if the computer detects a double input under 50ms (you can make it less) it ignores it.
