Remove the LTD from Little Seoul

I mean initially Davis LTD was closed for horrible RP that happens there, now it's re-opened and same shit happens, shit RP.

Unfortunately the Little Seoul LTD is becoming Davis v2.

It's exitance brings nothing but trolls and a bad name for the factions that are around the area, as if someone trolls there..
The factions are branded as the trolls.

Remove it, you'll be saving people from headaches and reports.

The difference between Little Seoul LTD and Chumash/Banham LTD is that there's little to no properties for players to spawn and walk there.

Meanwhile Little Seoul LTD is surrounded by apartment complexes.
