I don't get what everyone is annoyed about, we live in a subtropical/Mediterranean climate. I always wear a balaclava and wear blue nitriles every time I take a walk outside.

It's the United States of America, it isn't forbidden to wear something stupid or silly. Some cities may have an ordinance on randomly concealing your facial features in public but beyond that it's acceptable to allow it as is. It shouldn't be an OOC restriction.

Wearing a face mask or nitrile gloves isnt uncommon. If people are wearing it inside a business you can always ask them to take it off as people normally do. People covering their faces with masks isn't something that should be regulated with an ooc rule.

ive lived in "los santos" all my life and ive never seen one ski mask in public.
