LizziePup
As long as performance can keep up, and it doesn't overlap on anything already existing, then fuck yes more housing. +1 Edited November 10, 2021 by LizziePup Link to comment

DONALDTRUMPFROMFLATS
+1 from me, here's a few areas I could see being utilized without much of an issue of properties / businesses Rancho Projects are already big enough, but having a set of projects right next to them wouldn't be a bad idea, the more opportunities for gang RP, the better. This entire strip of industrial area is unused by everyone, there is only 1 business here and you could honestly put a hood here without moving the business. Behind Hope Health there is an electrical area which could easily be turned into housing projects. This is a parking garage near South Central that no one uses, a huge space that could be used. There are many areas which can be replaced by housing, these are just a few... There is no need to replace Grove Street or the Mega Mall with housing projects when there is areas that are barren and unused such as these, it would be a great addition to the server, not just illegal RP but legal RP too. Adding unique housing to the server wouldn't effect performance as much you think, as most of the housing projects such as the Rancho ones are /ONE/ single item. Adding housing that no other server can provide makes GTA:W stand out and will ultimately attract more players. GTAW is full of talented mappers and developers, I am sure that someone in the community ( @Oaks. ) will be more than capable of doing this project, it ultimately just comes down to having it added to the server. 1 Link to comment
Cocaine Capital
this is beautiful and would've been a great addition right off the bat. But with everyone owning properties in the areas it would replace I doubt it would go through. And if it did it'd be alot of work reaching out to all the individuals etc etc. If it's do-able please. It fits so much better than the original map. Link to comment
