There has been speculations lately on the corruption of our government and primarily our mayor, Oswald Halford. Following the Los Santos Transportation fiasco, and the denial of Halford administration we have received an anonymous tip with attached story and video clip evidence to back it up.

‚‚Somewhere in July I was approached by then candidate Halford's co-runner, man by the name Thomas, who was interested in creating a sort of ‚‚co-operation'' between the candidate and our small community. Throughout the talks Thomas suggested we ‚‚solidify'' our talks by meeting a man he referred to as his boss, a man none other than our current mayor Oswald Halford. Seeing as the meeting was about the community and them, I have invited several other prominent community members to attend to the meeting.
The meeting itself was nothing out of the ordinary, just typical chit-chat, all the way until the end of the meeting when Thomas pulled out two envelopes, which contained grand total of $100,000. saying that they would very much appreciate fact that locals will vote for them. After that they shook hands with us and left.''
