Sort custom rank name by faction rank

Short description: Sort the custom faction rank names by faction rank instead of putting them on the bottom of the list.

Detailed description: Whenever you add a custom faction rank name to someone in the faction they will appear on the bottom of /fonline, even if they have like rank 15 they'll appear at the bottom. It should be sorted by rank.

Yes please, it’s always odd seeing the detective rank in SD always be at the bottom.

I'm all for this, never been in a faction myself,  but I can see how this is annoying.

Yea, I like this. Havent been in huge factions yet, so I didnt personally get bothered by it, but Im all for this.
