    No longer allow anyone to /mask without /maskname alas integrate /maskname behavior into /mask. The whole purpose of that rule was to help with CCTV/dashcam, but the greater consensus stands, if people see a nametag they don't take the mask seriously. If they see a masked nametag, they might call 911, might try and g-check you, and cops will use it as what it is — a crime, or crime adjacent, i.e. reasonable suspicion. If somebody wants the shiesty for aesthetic reasons then make them save an outfit with it and accept that they can be identified.

    Disable posters in /settings, it makes a huge difference network-wise because each poster opens via chromium so it lags your game out and overuses your CPU and RAM. ShadowQuality 0 in settings.ini if you want the same no shadows effect. ragemp/GTA 5 priority on high. If you're down bad enough, use a laptop, or have issues with your PC specs, use ThrottleStop with Speed Shift EPP enabled, SpeedStep and C1E enabled. Make sure your TPL tab settings are matching for long term and short term usage in terms of watts. This'll get your temps down and in turn give you a FPS boost because your PC might be throttling or overheating.
