Nervous
Description: Nametags would now show "Citizen (ID)" or "Unknown (ID)"or just the player permanent ID (not his ingame ID) until you set an alias for them, like /alias ID Joe Peschi Commands to add: /alias Goal is to prevent metagaming / indirect metagaming massively. Debate is open! Edited August 6, 2020 by Nervous 8 Link to comment

Sixth
I'm all for anything that prevents indirect MG or direct MG. Maybe even a /greeting command that once I use it on someone, they can see my name tag. Edited August 6, 2020 by Sixth Link to comment
Bas
Would they still be visible under /id [playername] in case you want to send a pm to a friend or something? Link to comment
Daquan Kingston
I like this concept. Would say that there has to be approval from both sides like a friend request, because tomorrow some officer or killer would go /addalias criminal/killer Link to comment
Sam2
I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea, but you're gonna have to add more ways to identify people on the LEO side. Like scripted fingerprinting/DNA tests. Also auto-appending people's mugshots to their MDC Record when they get a driver's license (Some way of taking the mugshot from the escape menu and putting it on the MDC, maybe?) 1 1 Link to comment

The goal is that you give them your name and they alias it, but yes we can also make a command that shares your nametag to someone else permanently. Link to comment
