Taxi Dispatch System

Short description: Implement a taxi dispatch system, to make it fair for all drivers on duty

Detailed description: Implement a taxi dispatch system, that when a fare comes in, it takes the driver for whom the most time has passed since the last fare, and offer it to them. If they don't accept said fair within a certain timeframe (like 5 seconds), offer it to the next one in line, with the most time passed since the last fare.

How would your suggestion improve the server? This would greatly improve the taxi system, making it fair for all drivers, as the current method still gets exploited.

There was another suggestion that made it so it allocated to the next closest taxi which is better so you can strategically position taxi's round the map to cover the "hot spots" of where calls come from rather than the oldest. 

These suggestions are all good but they NEED to make it so you can get calls when you're outside of the taxi as right now it's hard to roleplay as boring as fuck just sitting in your taxi with /taxiaccept typed out waiting for a call. That's not roleplay.

A Dispatch system (in and out of the taxi) would be ideal. If you're outside of a Taxi, you just roleplay having it set to your phone (which Taxi drivers do in real life) and that's where your job are. The taxi job is actually a cool niche in certain scenarios of role play (leaving bars, clubs, calling taxis for people to get home, arguments and so forth) and it sucks when there's not many people doing it — I'd push for anything that encourages more dedication to the job.
