My suggestion is simple...ish. It'd be nice to have a proper catalogue for the tattoos in the server, given so many have been added beyond vanilla. It can be very difficult sorting through and not knowing if something is actually new or not/if you've already passed it. I'd be willing to contribute if someone could get it going, but I know it'd be a rather large undertaking.

I'm back up and running. Elevating permissions for the Rockstar Launcher helped for...Some reason. But I can get back onto servers and massacre SA as Michael, Franklin, and Trevor.

Hi all. Hoping someone might be able to help me. I intended to hop on today for some RP. I found out of the blue, EAC's getting upset at a file in the game's base directory, specifically GFSDK_ShadowLib.win64.dll. The following steps specifically occurred with RageMP. I verified the files through steam. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. I deleted this file and attempted to launch. Crash with no error. Verified files (with it deleted) to reacquire. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. Uninstalled/reinstalled RageMP thinking it was an EAC issue. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. Acquired a duplicate of the file and replaced mine, from another GTA playing friend. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. Partial reinstall of the game, backing up /updates and x64(letter) files. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. Update of graphics drivers. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. Full reinstall of the game, no backups, no nothing. Clean install. Took half my day. Crash with EAC 'untrusted'. The rub seems to be that whatever the issue is, it's not EAC at the root. Any attempt to actually launch GTA5/GTAO fails. Rockstar Services will load, the game won't open, the process stops. I'm coming to the end of my rope having spent all day on this. The system has been restarted between several steps, and most steps (short of the installs and acquiring a dupe) have been repeated ad nauseum. I'm trying to not get too worked up over it, because I can't push myself to do another Windows install just to try and fix this problem. But if I can't get in by Saturday I'm probably going to lose my mind. Thank you for anyone who has suggestions or help.

I've come to join the discussion on this issue. After prolonged periods, I begin to get frame stutters/freezes when moving the mouse if I've used alt+tab at all. It doesn't happen if I look behind when in a vehicle or while moving at high speeds into new areas. There aren't any issues with rendering. I could be standing still, with F3 activated to move the mouse. The freezes will occur. Same if I've got the /ads menu open. I've tried plugging my mouse into different USB ports, I've tried lowering the game settings. I've gone from 1000Hz DPI to 250Hz. Turned off mouse settings in Windows. No matter what, it seems to occur after prolonged periods. I restart periodically but it's very...Frustrating. I can play the game for several hours. If I don't alt+tab to look at discord messages or deal with something on my second monitor, no issues. But the moment I tab out of the game for any period, the issue starts and escalates rapidly with any following alt+tab use. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if it'll turn up being the same issue as others are having, but if anyone has ideas. I'm all ears.

Biggest thing to me in this being a state-sponsored airline/flag carrier is government funding. So even if there aren't ticket sales, a lot or none, flights can proceed with those who wanna fly. I'm excited to possibly be able to fly regular airline-type flights whether or not there's passengers aboard. The RP and having a reason to fly, without needing to worry about fuel costs and so forth, is exciting. Especially if regular takeoffs/landings in Sandy Shores/McKenzie attracts attention. Plus the ground ops work that would be necessary for passenger work at LSX should we get regular ticketed folks.

You don't need huge planes. For Sandy Shores to Los Santos and vice versa, a Shamal works. It's an actual airliner version of a private jet, meant for commercial flight use. A Velum/Velum5 could work for flight connections to McKenzie Field. As for RP time, preflight and postflight can pad time beyond merely being in the air. Getting the plane set up, as well as ticketing/security could enhance time. For flight, I'd see it as intentionally competitive with travel by other means. If we wanted to pad it, though. Can always say 'circle the island once or twice before landing'. But then it comes back to people who'd just rip their way along the interstate full blast.

As the person who wrote the proposal, massively in favor. Will age up my wannabe pilot to properly participate/assist in the development of this if permitted should it come about.

I'm big in favor of this. The suits in game are plentiful, but a lot of them are just downright bad. It'd be nice to have fresh, crisp suits to mess around in.

Agreed. More variety is generally a good thing, especially on repetitive driving tasks. Plus it allows more opportunity to avoid being a target; not being shackled to the same routes/targets all the time.

Coming to support this. Given the size of some businesses, it's almost a necessity.

I wish we had a better system for the taxis. There was meant to be an update coming for them that just...Never did. Meters are still broken. And while new mod cars get thrown in a lot lately, there's still a distinct lack of real variety in taxis. The Esperanto is a nice change of pace from the Stanier and the not-a-Vic(tor) which...Same car, really, but there could still be plenty more in use too. There's a whole pack for lore-friendly LS cabs out there. And as seen above, the RP is definitely...Uncomfortable. I miss driving a cab, honestly. I tried to be a good about it (right up until I was stripped naked on the side of the GOH by a mugger, anyway). When I did get fares, I was chatty and played polite. I even tried using the Dynasty for a bit, but of course taxi functionality doesn't actually come with the sign on top. But it was pretty quiet a lot of the time. And when there were people, it was difficult to get fares. I swear people had things ready to go, even when they added the hash to it. Somehow in a fraction of a second, clients were grabbed. I had such a hard time actually taxi driving. I hope things are brought about to make it easier for fares and drivers. It was a good way to RP without being in huge gatherings, and generally make connections around town.

As someone who doesn't play a cop, +1. I'd like the ability to be able to wear something where a tattoo might be visible, but be able to hide it for professionalism. RPing concealer or sleeves or whatever is a good way to do it, with these commands.

Bumping given the new vehicles and popularity of another taxi thread. Just like to say the new Dilettante would be a perfect vehicle to stick a taxi magnet on the top of.
