SSCC HISTORY: Keenon and Javaris were prepared to kill Bashar for Delmar. Recently before Delmar's passing, Craig "Lil Brim" Brim and Hakim "Smacc" Lowe were released from jail. The duo took the reigns of Low Life Mafia immediately after Delmar's passing. However, Craig's relationship with Delmar was not too good and that same energy transferred onto the little homies Javaris and Keenon. 

-Keenon & Javaris had LeTanya Moore try and set up Bashar Ferndale to be murdered. According to a text message, Bashar was vulnerable.
- Craig Brim wanted to oblige the duo by setting up Bashar Ferndale in his own plan.










 

Bashar ended up trying to meet up with Craig Brim rather than LeTanya Moore. The plan to kill Bashar using LeTanya was off, it went unsuccessful. Bashar was not heard of being in the hood again by Javaris & Keenon, they were still out looking for him. However, they still followed the South Side Carson Crip codes of the hood, and there was an imminent threat on the younger homies from their section 5500. 

Varrio Harpys 13 were recently charging into South Side Carson Crip's turf when the Bashar/Delmar issue initially took place. They assaulted some of the young 5500 affiliates that had went to the Strawberry 24/7 where a lot of the teenagers in the neighborhood happen to work. During this timeline, a lot of Sureno gangs were not considerate of South Side Carson Crip, and mostly enforced CK (Crip-Killer) policies.

Javaris had got word of the source of the issue regarding the 5500 youth's lives being threatened. He put Keenon on the information that he got from LeTanya and operations went into motion.
