Epic
I'm in support of there being a timed window before activation. For remote players out in Paleto Bay for example, it would be unfair to expect them to drive all the way to LS to insure their vehicle in person once a month when typically it can be done online. However, the timed window would at least then give a little more appreciation to the hunting/comparing and purchasing of an insurance policy. Link to comment

Propov
Timing the call like 15 min would be better. As someone mentioned before, county people either must have their own DMV or escort their vehicles through Tow services, which may not be available at times. Plus having a business which has around 10 vehicles or more would take so many trips to insure them all, for example Sandy's truckers. Link to comment
Dannii
Maybe be able to do it via the UCP, which can take a relog or time to happen... Link to comment
Ketamine Kowboy
Agreed on this one, I think this should also go hand in hand with people who pay their /fines as they are getting pulled over, just to avoid getting arrested. Link to comment

goddessoflife
As an officer, if you look at the MDC, the date and time you can see if it's bought during the traffic stop. Not to mention, some cars have ALPR, this means if they are close to the car they can see if the vehicle is uninsured through the ALPR system. Link to comment
Volkoff
I think it should just take a while for it to go through after calling 207. I personally don't want to have to do thorough roleplay in regards to paying insurance, it's not something that I'd enjoy however I do agree that a 1 second phone call is a bit absurd. Daylong
Think this all should be common sense and fall under either under PG or common courtesy. As many people mentioned, IRL insurance doesn't take 2 seconds to do, however, when I had no insurance and cop pulled me over, he told me use my phone to pay it while he's present - that's cool. Although, the feature should not be abused - abusing it is sort of like rule breaking and a very very bad taste. Link to comment
