This is stupid as people can just spam Y at entrance to boost it, or just get their friends to join in (in case there's like... 5 minute cooldown for each player entering) Also, what about properties that are being used by a faction, but just so happen not to be used every day and are instead used every once in a while? If you have issues with people owning houses that are not used (eg: houses in the county) report them to PM and they will look into it, even though they already look all properties from time to time to keep track of it. I am a hunter IRL. I can tell you only thing we can ‚‚earn'' off hunting is the meat off animals we hunt, for which we also have to pay tax to hunt anyways. Another way you can ‚‚earn'' money is by hunting pest species and be given credit to spend on renewing your yearly hunting license. Only people that make a job out of hunting are game wardens and they do a lot more than just go around and shoot animals, and there is already GTA:W equivalent of that, Park Rangers. TL;DR hunting is not a job it's a hobby for people that really like it and don't mind spending large amounts of money for little return, as with most hobbies.
