none of the things you listed are ooc issues, there are risks associated with every action, and it is up to you/your character to access them or face the consequences. then have them meet somewhere more public. be mindful of where you are going or bring company. these are IC things that can be handled IC with better judgement, or create roleplay for someone else through your poor choices

it's crazy the creativity that some of the illegal roleplayers have from the things they're able to make illegal roleplay out of without any support from updates or admins; specially with things like construction and fraud. He also quoted players from different servers saying GTA.W is just people running around shooting each other, contradicting his statement that they shouldn't have more things to do. Also it is realistic for Davis gangs to have constant shoot outs, however their actions don't speak for the organized crime factions.

Similar to other people here, some of my best roleplay was when I didn't know anyone OOCly. Though I'm also guilty of having coordinated OOCly in order to create roleplay, at the time not knowing how much I was actually ruining it. If I could go back I wouldn't even add anyone on discord and let everything flow naturally. Sadly, that's beyond anyone's control but the roleplayers'. Faction leaders and members need to have enough respect for roleplay to not allow OOC to interfere with it, but why would they when they know other factions are abusing it too, and they'd be at a disadvantage if they didn't. It's also such a turn off too when a faction has their own "clique" and they just discuss and decide on everything OOCly before roleplaying it out. Or are even in VC while in game, like-- who wants to roleplay with a faction when they're all talking to each other?

Great idea, it'll give weazel news something to do, the PD can give them info about who has died for them to report it. Also it would take longer to find out about characters whose deaths were hidden through disposal of the body. And it could mean for there to be an Agency or group that tracks down player's spending/taxes, and if they see a long empty gap from someone they might want to pass it on to the police to begin an investigation to see if that character is killed (or something among those lines). Just a random idea, I think the whole news thing could definitely add a lot of possibilities.

Any small detail is one closer to perfection, just because it isn't a big deal does not mean it won't positively affect immersion, since it would be correcting a mistake.

The Date of Births in Facebrowser are in the european format, which makes no sense since the Los Santos is based in the United States, and Facebrowser is for Los Santos residents, their slogan being "Los Santos Digital Identity". This might not be a big deal for most players since the majority live in europe and britain primarily, but the website is meant to be completely IC from my understanding and it really breaks my immersion when I see the incorrect format be used.
