The crooked tennis players knew him as “Delly." To federal investigators, the Korean-American based in Little Seoul is known as the alleged ringleader of an organized gambling syndicate suspected of fixing hundreds of tennis matches and paying off more than 100 players across Los Santos.
The picture emerging from months of digging by police working across Los Santos is of a massive match-fixing scheme, organized via encrypted messaging, involving dozens of low-ranked players in small tournaments with little prize money. Police say David Lee employed mules, people hired for a few dollars to place bets for the syndicate that were small enough to slip under the radar of gambling watchdogs.
In all, more than 100 players are suspected of having worked with the syndicate, fixing matches, sets or games in exchange for payments of $250 to $2,000.
On September 10th, 2020, David Lee was found guilty on all charges during trial and was additionally ordered to pay an $80.000 fine by the judge who condemned him to a 6-year long prison sentence. He was sent to Los Santos Federal Prison where he remains incarcerated to this day.

Joseph was born and raised between the Little Seoul and Pico Union sections of Los Santos.
He is a senior at P.U High School and is often seen hanging out with Mexican gang members in the Pico Union district where his grandmother lives.
On May 30th a video was uploaded on Instagram by a female student from Pico High. The video shows Joseph exchanging blows with a Mexican high schooler and winning the fight after dropping his opponent to the ground and repeatedly pouncing on him.
Joseph is a repeat juvenile offender who has been arrested a total of four times for crimes such as bike theft, possession of an illegal substance with intent to distribute, shoplifting and fencing.
He is the cousin of a reputed Korean-American gangster David "Delly" Lee, who is currently incarcerated in federal prison for his role in an organized gambling syndicate suspected of fixing hundreds of tennis matches across small tournaments in Los Santos.
