Short description: The warning when picking up a safe should be more clear. Detailed description: When picking up a safe, you are warned if you pick the safe up everything inside of it will be erased. This warning is not clear enough and should be changed. Commands to add: /safepickup and then follow up with a message like "IF YOU PICK UP THE SAFE, EVERYTHING INSIDE THE SAFE WILL BE ERASED. TYPE: /SAFEPICKUP CONFIRM TO CONTINUE" Or don't allow the safe to be picked up if there are still items inside? Items to add: NONE How would your suggestion improve the server? It would ensure items are not just erased from the server and lead to less refund requests. Just make picking up safes more convenient Additional information: The current warning This warning is not enough when you are rushing and roleplaying, it easily can be missed.

Disagree. This would just discourage criminal RP. Having to do a 20 day sentence would just make the rp boring, all the inmates would just be doing anims. With the OOC prison system, its still realistic, characters are not seen on the server for the amount of time they are sentenced to,.

100%.support this idea. It would mean for a greater experience for criminal RP.

I 100% support this. House alarms should not just be to stop burglaries in the process of robbing the house, but should also act as a deterrent. Adding a visible alarm system also gives grounds for more RP during planning such acts.

I don't think the money return should be decreased but rather increased. I think 20% is a way too low for a return. If you are not too rich, you would basically be stuck in that house. I think it should be around 70-80%

Short description: A system should be put in place that allows users to negotiate the price that they sell their homes/apartments to back to the market. Detailed description: A system should be put in place that allows users to negotiate the price that they sell their homes/apartments to back to the market. Houses and other property only increase in value over time. I don't think it's ideal that properties are sold back to the market at 50% of their original value. Property owners should be able to negotiate a price in which their property is sold back back to the market through a forum post or something. The other end of the negotiation should be property management staff or a set of people chosen by the staff of the server. The forum post should all be done In Character. Realistic factors should be taken into mind such as: Gang activity in the area, Price of other homes in the area, ECT. How would your suggestion improve the server? The prices of houses would become more realistic when selling back to the market. Additional information: I think this feature would be good now, but it would really be at its prime when all the houses are off the market and privately owned. There would be a greater demand in houses therefore increasing their value.

What a great idea. You have projected your idea in a great way with every aspect covered. I think this should really be implemented into the server. It would result in greater RP with drug users, drug dealers and EMS/Hospitals.
