my opinion will always be to fix the script economy if you dont want people to give in to their ricerness and buy that elegy. I also honestly think that if someone is rich without reason, but does rp it well, sticking to the rich areas and having a diva vibe, let them. maybe someone wants to rp a spoiled young adult but doesn't have the time to have elaborate and realistic family rp to justify it, why care if it doesn't ruin other people's vibes. also I do rp low income, it was a pain to find an actual not high end looking apartment/house without literally playing homeless, kinda logical people are pushed to mid and high-class rp edit: just my opinion btw, if they violated rules, they violated rules 🙂

honestly agree, if people are mental enough to play with a horrible skewed screen just to see a person off the corner a little bit earlier I say let them hehe. but if others don't agree, we can limit it to in-car only, or if possible first person only.

Yeah my screenshot is a tiny bit above 90 horizontal fov. Anything above that glitches in most smaller car interiors too.

For people who haven't tried yet, here's the difference it makes: I've done a whole singleplayer playthrough like this, it's a lot more fun if you can actually see the traffic at intersections coming from the left n right

Detailed Description The default GTA 5 fov is too low for bigger screens, people who sit way too close to their screen (me) and people just simply used to 90+ fov from other games. In third person this is not too bad, but in first person it makes driving nauseating and you can barely see through your left window without moving the whole camera. I have seen the argument that it can be used to "cheat" since you can actually see a bit more off to the sides. I personally don't agree if anyone could change it and even competitive multiplayer games often include a slider. If this is a genuine concern, you could limit it to the first person camera only, which is already a huge disadvantage either way. Relevant Commands/Items I only found this; https://wiki.rage.mp/index.php?title=Camera::setFov I know rage wiki is very outdated and it might not work anymore, but I can dream. If it does work, you can just give people a slider in the settings or a /fov command. How will it benefit the server? People who like driving in first person would get a way better experience. I personally like it when someone else is driving, it's another layer of immersion. If first person didn't break walking animations I'd use it out of cars too. Generally it's just another layer of personalization, which is always neat.

sadly there's no way to get it working, I /think/ I almost had it, but then the aggressive anticheat dropped. even if you could get the injection to work, anticheat wouldn't 😞 I'm still only running windows for this game, rip

I think these RPG-ish scripts are a great compromise between realism and fun. takes tedious work away from admins and waiting around for criminals, extremely based

taggers do this IRL all the time, the riskier the tag the more fun, so makes total IC sense. Graffiti is still ugly though, might need some dirt texture over it, or limit how bright you can put the colors.

yeah as a smoker of both it weirded me out that weed gives addiction but smoking doesnt. I go months without smoking weed but not a day without a cigarette

I've recently gotten addicted to smoking, dumbest thing in the world. It did make me notice that cigarettes are very bareboned compared to other drugs, even though it's a pretty heavily addictive one. I'd love to see the addiction system used for it and it should be pretty quickly turn into a habit (more addiction per than a joint for example) I'd also love too see less choice, higher priced or both at 24/7's since you can still get them at a lot of stores and gas sations IRL, plus the 3d objects are displayed ingame which causes newbies and stubborn people to ask for smokes. A change in price/assortment will not make tobacco shops redundant. In real life, tobacco stores start specializing in things like marijuana equipment and vaping accesories, I think both of these would be immersive additions to the current tobacco specialty stores, hopefully breathing some new life into them with more ways to choose to satiate your nicotine addiction without as much cancer! tl:dr: smoking is one of the biggest drugs irl, it should be a drug ingame. not an addictionless consumable.
