Not only would this improve LEO roleplay by opening more stations, this would further help illegal factions. 

 

I ran an illegal faction based on the East Side, the emptiness was one of the reasons the faction closed as there's no real interaction and not enough places for people to live and roleplay it as a real neighborhood.

Only positives can come out of this. East LS is a barren wasteland on this game with nothing of substance to add to the server. It was a much more lively and active place on its predecessor and I’d love to see that again on here.

If this kind of replacement won't affect player base with causing texture loss, lagging or any other negative effect that comes with it — I would definitely like to see this in-game. As other players mentioned, it's gonna bring some freshness to both legal and illegal roleplayers.

I like this, something new it is hardly even used anyways, anyone located there currently could easily relocate somewhere in the new area, with ten fold activity I would bet.

as stults pointed out, theres not only residental areas, but also businesses and commercial areas here. 

 

No brainer really, this opens up a ton of oppertunities for both LEO and ILLEGAL roleplayers, its a void in the server which needs filled. When it comes to crime / gang activity East LA is notorious for being active, yet on the server this area is unused 90% of the time except the occasional business opening, which can easily just be moved.

If we don't have to go through entire apply, approve/deny process...than perhaps. But knowing this server, they will make us apply for new buildings. No thanks.
