That is actually pretty cool. Still has that industrial, undeveloped vibe but is a little bit cleaner and doesn't look like some shithole in Nevada.

Remapping Sandy is fine, but replacing the existing houses in the area will just make it the new tropical Mirror Park. It's better to just patch up the tons of run down trailers/houses that are currently unused, as well at the apartment complex. That'll allow for a ton (likely 50-60+) new properties, which solves a part of the housing crisis.

Adding some extra trees and other stuff is cool yknow, hang out spots and all of that, but making Sandy Shores a narrowed down Mirror Park is not cool.

Really not feeling it, the motel should stay as is. 

 

All for revamping a couple buildings to facilitate RP but I'm 100% against patching up buildings with exposed interiors, if anything I think they're the most interesting parts of Sandy and should stay that way.

I am personally against a Sandy that is essentially just Mirror Park + sand. We're probably good like this right now.

However, I did like the sort of main-street seen in the mod, and would even want to see it in-game if it was just a tad more run-down. Sandy isn't fancy nor anything remotely fancy and it never will be.
